Independent safety case review for Higher-Risk Buildings
Cascade Verify is a dedicated building safety case review tool for Higher-Risk Buildings. It provides an independent, AI-assisted peer review of an existing safety case report against the Building Safety Regulator’s current assessment criteria.
Upload your completed safety case report and Cascade Verify will assess it against the BSR criteria you select, identify weaknesses and provide clear guidance on what may need to be improved before submission or reassessment.

How it works
Upload your safety case report, select the criteria you want to assess it against and start the review.
Reggie will then work through the report in detail against the selected BSR criteria. A full review can take up to around 30 minutes because of the depth of analysis being carried out. This is normal.
You can navigate away from the review page while it is running, but please do not close the browser tab. When the review is complete, you will hear a notification and can return to see your results.
